The terms governing your use of the Jobix.AI platform, including usage rights, limitations, and service-level agreements.

Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the security of your credentials, and for everything done under your workspace. The platform may not be used for fraud, harassment, unlawful robocalling, or any campaign that violates telemarketing, consumer protection or data protection law in the markets you dial or message.

Compliance responsibilities

You control the scripts, audiences and schedules you run, and you warrant that you hold the consent required to contact each record. Jobix.AI provides consent capture, quiet-hour enforcement, do-not-call suppression, AI disclosure and opt-out handling as configurable controls, but the legal basis for outreach remains yours as the sender.

Fees, billing and cancellation

Usage is billed at the published agent hourly rate of $9.99 unless your order form says otherwise, with standard model usage included and premium model tiers charged as an add-on. Credits are consumed as agents run. Plans can be cancelled at any time; fees already incurred are non-refundable, and unused promotional credits expire on cancellation.

Intellectual property, warranties and liability

Jobix.AI retains all rights in the platform; you retain all rights in your data, prompts and recordings, and grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you. The service is provided subject to the uptime commitments in our SLA. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
