AI Technology Stack

The engine behind Jobix.AI: fine-tuned large language models, streaming speech recognition and synthesis, and sub-500ms average voice response latency.

The real-time voice pipeline

Audio streams in continuously rather than in fixed turns. Speech recognition, intent handling and speech synthesis run in parallel so the agent can start forming a reply before the caller finishes speaking. Average end-to-end response latency is under 500ms, and barge-in lets a caller interrupt mid-sentence the way they would with a person.

Language models and grounding

Conversations run on large language models tuned for sales and service dialogue, grounded in your own documents, product data and objection handling notes. Retrieval keeps answers tied to your source material rather than to model memory, which is what keeps agents on-script on topics they have never been asked about before. Standard models are included; premium models are an optional add-on.

Telephony and channel infrastructure

Calls run over SIP, so you can bring your own carrier and keep your existing per-minute rates instead of paying a reseller markup. Local caller ID, call recording, DTMF handling and warm transfer to a human are all native. The same orchestration layer drives email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram from one agent definition.

Scale, reliability and security

The platform is built for sustained volume of up to 100,000 calls per day, backed by a 99.5% uptime SLA. Data handling is aligned to SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and POPIA expectations, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access and configurable retention on recordings and transcripts.

Integrations and extensibility

A REST API, signed webhooks and native CRM connections push outcomes to Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel and 10,000+ downstream tools. Agents can call your own endpoints mid-conversation to check stock, look up an account or confirm availability before committing to an answer.
