Documentation
Technical documentation for the Jobix.AI platform - API reference, quickstart guides, webhook configuration, and CRM integration tutorials.
Quickstart
Create an agent, give it a role prompt and knowledge sources, connect a phone number or messaging channel, then run a test conversation before going live. Most teams have a working inbound or outbound agent within an afternoon; the longest step is usually gathering the objection handling and product detail the agent should ground its answers in.
API and webhooks
A REST API covers agents, campaigns, contacts, calls and transcripts. Webhooks push events as they happen: call started, call completed, meeting booked, message received, disposition set. Payloads are JSON and signed, so you can verify authenticity before writing to your own systems.
CRM and telephony setup
Native connections cover Salesforce, HubSpot and GoHighLevel, with Zapier and direct API paths for everything else. Telephony runs over SIP, so you can bring your own carrier, keep your existing rates and use local caller ID per market. Recording, DTMF and warm transfer to a human are supported out of the box.
Compliance configuration
Consent capture, disclosure lines, quiet hours, per-market calling windows and do-not-call suppression are configured per campaign and enforced per record. Retention windows for recordings and transcripts are configurable to meet GDPR, HIPAA and POPIA obligations.
