What the calculator works out

The calculator compares two ways of producing the same number of booked meetings. On one side sits your current team: headcount, loaded salary, tooling spend and the meetings each rep books per month. On the other sits an AI agent billed by the hour. The output is cost per booked meeting for each model, monthly difference and the payback period on the switch.

The inputs that matter most

Loaded cost per rep, not base salary, is the number that moves the result: benefits, tooling, management overhead and ramp time usually add 25 to 40 percent on top of base. Second is meetings booked per rep per month, which sets the denominator. Third is dialling hours per week, because AI billing follows hours worked rather than headcount, so a team with low dial volume sees a very different result from one running full-time outbound.
